Merriam School 2009 Auction Website
The auction is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Merriam PTO and a great party too! All funds raised help pay for the teaching assistants in each Merriam classroom.
This website will be continually updated as donations come in, so please check back regularly.
Time, Date & Place Clear your calendars for Saturday, March 28th at 6:00pm. The auction will be held at the Marriot SpringHill Suites Devens Common Center at Devens. Click for Directions and other event information.
Make your evening easier Tickets for the Merriam Auction will go on sale Friday, February 27th and will be available online. If you register your credit card when you buy your tickets, auction night checkout will be easier and faster. Cash and checks are accepted at checkout, too. And if you buy your tickets with a check, you can still use your credit card for purchases made at the auction.
New This Year Summer Camp auction items have in previous years been in the silent auction. This year they will be sold online to the highest bidder. Click How to Bid Online Summer Camps for more information.

How to Donate
You may Donate A Good or Service Online for the auction. You may also Donate Money Onlinewith a credit card. If you prefer, you may instead fill out a hard copy Donation Formfor your auction donation. Since the Merriam Community PTO is a non-profit with 501c3 status, your donation may be tax-deductible and it may be eligible to be matched by your employer.
